We reviewed your case and noticed that the tights you bought ripped on the first time you wore them. Despite the fact that it had been more than a month since they were delivered, our customer service team immediately sent you a replacement pair, which arrived on February 15. Our customers can replace damaged products using our warranty portal (https://getnoosh.com/a/service/warranty). Submitting a claim through the portal takes less than two minutes, and the replacement pair is usually shipped for free the same day. We want to thank you again. You used our warranty portal to replace your items and received new ones a few days later. For the items you wanted to return, we share with you a free shipping label that you used to send us the items back. After we received your package, we wanted to refund your money, but at that time you had already disputed the charge with your bank and prevented us from refunding you. After your dispute was rejected by your bank, we refunded you in full for the returned items. We want to thank you again.
