It's more sheer, much softer (as you mentioned), and requires a little more caution, but is our best seller as most of our customers love the sheerness, comfort & resistance to ladders. Our return policy states, "Once your return is received and inspected & if everything adheres to our policy, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment." Unfortunately, upon inspection, our team found that your returned item was marked as dirty/damaged. As a result, we are unable to issue a refund in accordance with our return policy. Nonetheless, as a one-time courtesy, our customer service representatives offered a replacement several times. I would like to thank you for your feedback, which helps us improve.
