Pants broke within the first hour. Now they’re out of stock for the color. They won’t substitute and replace the set because it’s two pieces and so now I’m SOL.

Submitting a claim through the portal takes less than two minutes, and the replacement pair is usually shipped for free the same day. In your case, even though you did not provide a photo of the damage, our team immediately offered you a courtesy replacement. The specific item was out of stock, and when you mentioned that you only wanted this shade because it matched your Bandeau, our team placed a special order from the factory that arrived expressly for you. Very slow to respond to my complaint about wrong color sent to me. Wanted me to take pictures even though I never removed the item from the clear wrapping. Did not send me a return label. I mailed it back at my own expense by going online and looking at the company website. After dealing with these people for almost 3 weeks, they notified me that the NOOSH company I mailed it back to was not their NOOSH company although their website clearly states NOOSH with getnoosh underneath the heading. It is obvious their return policy is shaded, to say the least. Don't waste your money on this irresponsible company. I have spent $40 for NOTHING!!!!!

Although we can clearly see that you ordered the tights in Chai, Ferry from our team replied the same day with a link to our return portal. Our customers can return or exchange using our returns portal (https://getnoosh.com/a/service/returns). Submitting a claim through the portal takes less than two minutes, and the customer receives a shipping label immediately after entering their information. The next day, you messaged us that you were having problems with the portal, and Ferry responded the same day: "If the portal is still giving you trouble or you'd rather not use it, I'd be happy to assist directly." For some reason, you did not respond to our message for two weeks and decided to send the package yourself; however, as you mentioned, you sent it to the wrong address. Although we did not receive the products back and found no errors in the process, I requested that the team fully refund you for this order. The best tights on the market! I have the sparkly, fleece, and sheer tights, and absolutely love the quality and how they fit. I don't bother on Amazon or in the stores anymore because you truly get what you pay for. The easy returns portal is a great touch, so you can always send them back for a full refund if the fit or color isn't right. Noosh will always be my go-to for any tights that I need!

First and foremost, the customer service is fantastic. When I received the pantyhose, they are the most luxurious pantyhose I have ever worn. I have tried a lot of different brands and they’re absolutely beautiful. Well worth the money. The quality is fantastic.
