We’re proud of the quality and durability of our products—less than 1% of customers return our products for a refund! Our customers can replace damaged products using our warranty portal (https://getnoosh.com/a/service/warranty). Submitting a claim through the portal takes less than two minutes, and the replacement pair is usually shipped for free the same day. We understand your frustration. We strive to deliver products that meet our customers' expectations, and we're sorry to hear that this was not the case for you. I refunded you for all 3 pairs of shorts.
