I never got my 2nd order and I loved the product from my 1st order. I was supposed to be getting a replacement for the last order and never did. Very disappointed. No accountability for customer service.

Pantyhose fit perfectly. After two days, a run developed at the pantyline. Noosh replaced it. The second pair is great. Thank you!

Hi! Wow! We can’t tell you how much it means to us to hear that you loved the products. What you’re describing sounds like a product defect—we’re so sorry that happened. We’re proud of the quality and durability of our products—less than 1% of customers return our products for a refund! Our customers can replace damaged products using our warranty portal (https://getnoosh.com/a/service/warranty). Submitting a claim through the portal takes less than two minutes, and the replacement pair is usually shipped for free the same day. We put a lot of love into what we do, and knowing that it made a difference for you is the best reward we could ask for! Can’t wait to serve you again soon! 💖

Noosh tights have the most comfortable waistband and resilience of any tights I’ve worn in 34 years of being a flight attendant. Ordering is easy and the shipping was fast enough.
