Submitting a claim through the portal takes less than two minutes, and the replacement pair is usually shipped for free the same day. After looking into your case, we noticed that the damaged product was our Play Shimmer. It requires a little more caution, but is one of our bestsellers, as most of our customers love the sheerness, comfort & the shimmer it provides!. We are constantly experimenting with the optimal balance of style, comfort, and durability, and each of our products is unique. Unlike others, we do not focus solely on maximizing durability, as we want our tights to be your second skin, rather than being bulletproof. If durability is more important to you, our Semi Opaque can compete with any product on the market, and with our signature seamless waistband, the fit is much more comfortable and feels smoother and softer to the touch.
