UPDATE - To Get Labs credit, they reached out to me after seeing my review and let me know that my experience certainly does not meet their service delivery standards. They assured me that they would contact the supervisor of the technician that provided the service to ensure this would not happen again. They also refunded my money. Thank you for doing that. Perhaps in the future, I will try again and see if I have a different experience. 1. Technician walked into my house stinking of cigarette smoke 2. I had two physicians that requested lab tests. I submitted both orders to GetLabs online when I signed up. Technician was completely unprepared and initially asked me to print out the first physician order, which I submitted online, which was 24 pages. The technician then asked me to print out the second one which was another 28 pages of printing! 3. The technician had to stick needles into three different spots on my body to get the blood that was needed. 4. The only submitted the blood for one of the doctors orders. The second one they didn't do, which I specifically told her was the ones I needed done. So, I paid the money for nothing. 5. there is no way to speak to a customer service representative on the phone. They have BS AI customer support e-mail/chat. DO NOT USE!!!!

Cynthia was so experienced and awesome!! My son has disabilities, she made him feel so comfortable and it was a pain free blood draw! She arrived a little early which was fine. She was awesome!! This is his third home blood draw with Sonora quest!! Went so well again!!

I love this service it makes things so convenient for me. Being disabled I can schedule a blood test early so I don't have to fast all day. I highly recommend it

The company kept me informed of the arrival time of the tech. The tech was very professional. She arrived timely, was well prepared, used shoe covers, gloves and mask, had her medical kit, order and information well at hand. The "stick" was comfortable. She was pleasant and kindly said good-bye. I would do this again.
