Unreliable Undependable Unprofessional
Canceled 1 hour before visit which had been scheduled a week earlier, paid for, and lab orders OK provided, received an acknowledged. Unprofessional and unreliable — not good attribute for a business that is selling convenience and reliability. I would find another business to provide this much needed service.

Phlebotomist was wonderful
