Such a 10/10 experience. She was very nice, clearly very experienced and made that the best blood draw I’ve ever had. It was quick and easy. Never want to have bloodwork done any other way!

The technician (Brittany) was very professional, kind and courteous. I hate having my blood drawn and she made it painless. In addition to Brittany being fantastic, the convenience is unmatched especially because I am wheelchair bound. For once, I didn't have to jump through hoops to actively take care of my health needs! Whatever GetLabs is doing, keep doing it! Great contact throughout the booking process and it was seamless, easy and incredibly efficient. GetLabs will forever be my go to for lab work moving forward. Thank you!

I scheduled an appt for a Saturday visit 8-10am. They called me around 639 the night before saying they have to cancel and rescheduled me to Monday (today) I work at 7 am, so she set me up for 5-7 am. I planned to be a little late if needed. I got a reminder text the night before around 6 pm confirming my appt for today, 5-7am. Since there was no telling when someone would come, I got up around 430 am to wait for a message of someone being on the way. I feel like for the first appointment of the day, they should give you a smaller time frame as getting up at 430 to wait is a little crazy. But I waited until 645, with no text or call that someone was on the way. There is no phone number to contact the company so I had to fill out a request online to see where my tech was and request as call back. I got a call at 7am, the end of my appt time, stating no one was going to come out. I find this incredibly rude and I professional, as my phone number was available to the tech and the company. I would not recommend this service to anyone else.
