Very convenient to have someone cone and draw my blood. I have mobility issues and getting out to go to the lab is very difficult!

It is so easy to schedule an appointment online. The technician, Ashley, does a wonderful job drawing the blood & is so pleasant to deal with. We have done this 3 times & Ashley has always been the one here & on time. We don't have to get in a car & drive to a lab. This is absolutely worth every penny. It is highly recommended.

My technician was awesome. Kind and efficient and loves her job.

I was scheduled for a mobile phlebotomist appointment today on 12/29/25 and took the entire day off of work as part of the Geviti health service. I was notified via a voicemail late last night that "due to unforeseen issues they had to reschedule my appointment" and changed my appoint to tomorrow without even speaking to me. I won't even be home tomorrow, and they didn't even leave a phone number to contact them back, nor did they email me. This is a REPEATED issue with this company that has occurred before with Grail also. They cancelled that appointment 4 different times in a row before I finally just gave up and went to a lab location in person. myself. They are absolutely horrible, cancel last minute with no regard for their customer's time. I am beyond frustrated with this company and want a full refund.

Booked an appointment for fasted labs, they kept delaying the case and eventually I got a text saying they were on the way. They then canceled the appointment and offered me a credit to re book. They told me they cannot offer me a refund so I disputed with my credit card company. They then contested that by saying I was a no show.

The technician that came to the house was on time and very professional. The scheduling and overall experience was exceptional. I would recommend this to anyone whom needs their services in the comfort of your own home.

This is my second service (12/22 & 12/29) with getlabs and each person that came out was very kind, informative, and timely. I would 100% recommend this service. Very quick and convenient in home service.
