I just had a lab blood draw done today by Getlabs in the comfort of my own home! The phlebotomist was professional. She arrived on time she was skilled. I highly recommend this and it’s great to not have to leave your house to go for labs, especially during cold and flu season. The company was also great at sending me text reminders about the appointment and even updating me where the lab tech was and when she was estimated to arrive, which was very helpful.

Not being able to drive currently; GetLabs was much more convenient for me and my family and friends. The nurse was well informed and prepared with all of my health information. Thank you

This was my first time using GetLabs. I did not understand that I would be charged convenience fee for the visit. I thought all costs were billed to my insurance. I found out after the visit that insurance does not cover convenience fee. $99 was a lot of money. I will not be using this service again.
