Joshua was the consummate professional and also very good at taking blood! This was my first experience using an at home service like this and it was a pleasure. Honestly, one of the best experiences as having blood taken is stressful for me, and this was a seamless process. Thanks again Joshua!

I've ordered labs from InsideTracker.com and used GetLabs for mobile blood draws several times. Each time the service has been fast and reliable. There was one issue with a lab order that somehow resulted in insufficient collection, resulting in incomplete test results. From what I gather, the issue was with the provider generating a lab order that did not get properly coded. GetLabs coordinated another draw at no expense to me. The integration between InsideTracker and GetLabs is amazing and has been such a game changer for me. No longer do I have to drive to the nearest lab (about 30 minutes away if I want an early morning appointment) in rush hour traffic, while fasted (markers such as cortisol and glucose can change in response to stress).

Excellent communication with up-to-date information on when the phlebotomist would arrive and detailed instructions on what to do and expect. Appreciate being texted versus phone calls. The phlebotomist was one of the best I have personally ever dealt with. She was able to find my vein quickly without any pain or discomfort. She was efficient, friendly and respectful!

Blood tech was not experienced enough to obtain a sample from my elderly MIL. Was told to contact Labcorp or Getlabs to reschedule and ask to have a supervisor come out to perform sampling. Contacting Getlabs is absolutely impossible. There is no phone number to call directly and the AI bot they use to field inquiries is limited. Requested call backs do not happen. It is incredibly frustrating.
