Nightmare company! My first clue should have been when they did not have a phone number. What business doesn't have a phone? Now I understand why they don't. The first time that I used them the phlebotomist who came was terrific, so I scheduled with them again the next time I needed a blood test. I requested the provider that they had sent the first time, but apparently she was not available so they sent someone else. He told me that they were out of butterfly needles, and then he spent a half an hour trying to find a vein and causing me terrible pain. He never found the vein and he left highly nervous and highly embarrassed, which I could understand. I had to email the company to find out what they were going to do because I needed the blood test right away. I'm still waiting for a response. And the charge for the blood test that they never did is still on my credit card. Avoid this company like the plague there are far better companies out there that offer Mobile Blood Draw, and they even have a phone number.

It was super convenient and pretty affordable, all things considered. My grandparents are elderly and it’s hard for them to go to a facility to get lab work done. I’ll be using Getlabs from now on.
