Having somebody come into your home to draw your blood and collect your urine sample as a game changer! No need to worry about getting germs going into a lab. You get to use your own clean toilet. You can schedule an appointment when it’s convenient for you. You get email and text reminders about your appointment. They deliver your specimen to the lab. Later, you get a notification when your results are ready. You can even leave notes and requests in your profile. The whole experience is very positive! I’ve been Get Labs for a few years.

The first time I used get labs, everything went smoothly. The second time I used get labs, they got my birthdate wrong on my sample so I am not able to get my results from LabCorp. Then when I reach out to them to fix the problem, they say they can’t change the birthdate on a sample and good luck. 50% is a failing grade and now I’m just sitting here wondering what my lab results say.

Scheduled an appointment for Sunday, confirmation number 28JXQH. Time window passed. No phone call. No ability to contact the getlabs team. Phone number 424-348-0065 to contact Getlabs went to a voicemail box. Terrible waste of time. DO NOT USE this service - better off going in office.

It is an excellent service . The two times I have used it the phlebotomist arrived within the time window. They were professional and explained the process clearly . This service allows me to get my labs regularly instead of avoiding the horrible Lab Corp sites . Plus I am more relaxed .
