Getlabs hides behind their website, emails and text messages. They refuse to provide a phone number where I can contact a real person and talk about the special needs of my son. Customer service is an alien concept to them.

Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible, I've been charged 3 times and still haven't had the person show up and draw my son's blood. Completely a fraud

Cancelled appointment at last minute…
Getlabs canceled my appointment at the last minute that had been scheduled a month in advance. Disabled People depend on this type of service only to be rudely dismissed. Had to drive two hours at the last minute in order to get the bloodwork my Dr needed. I wouldn’t have wasted my time had I seen their reviews first. Corporate needs to get this under control because I see in other states/areas they don’t have this problem.

Hi JoDell, we appreciate your feedback. From time to time we need to reschedule due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g. traffic, weather) however we will do everything we can to avoid rescheduling whenever possible.

Getlabs.com is a joke
Getlabs.com is a joke. They've hidden themselves behind a friendly website and social media presence, but do not be confused -- they are frauds.
I had an appointment window between 9am and 11am, that required an 8 hour fast. They "confirmed" my appointment 2 days ago, but haven't called, texted, or emailed to give me an update. They also have not replied to a single message I've sent (email or text), and there is no phone line option.
Their contact-us page gives estimated wait times for responses. Trust me, I've been waiting MUCH longer to hear back.

Was good, now horrible the past 3 months in my area
Getlabs was great (in my area- Minneapolis, MN and suburbs) for about 12 months (March 2022-April 2023). Then starting in May 2023, they have been horrible and I would strongly advise not using them unless you know they have been reliable in your area. Or at least have a backup plan to go to the nearest patient service center yourself, in case they cancel on you the day before or the day-of. That's what happened to my wife and I twice now.
I specifically scheduled with them 10 days in advance to get the day/time I wanted, even though this delayed my labs. Now, 14 hours before my appointment, I get a text saying they've rescheduled my appointment to 3 weeks from now!
Three weeks ago, my wife got a text the morning-of her appointment saying they had to cancel.
Clearly they are having staffing issues.
Try another provider. I am going to try other options.
Update 1/7/24: still horrible. Was happy to pay the higher price if people would actually show up and do a decent blood draw. However, the higher price did nothing to help. The phlebotomists are still pretty bad. Hard to believe, but they struggle to draw blood, repeatedly, on someone who has large veins and never had an issue. That, plus labs not getting delivered on time to the labs so the tests can't be processed, it's pretty unfortunate.
Still looking for alternatives.

Extremely unprofessional
I scheduled an appointment to have blood drawn a week out. That was the soonest I could get scheduled. Less than 24 hours before my appointment they called to cancel without a real explanation. When I called to reschedule the representative told me that they don't have enough phlebotomists and don't know if they can actually make their next days appointments until the night before. She also told me that if a book another appointment that this is likely to happen again. If I had known that I would never have booked an appointment to begin with. No attempts to remedy the situation. No sense of urgency. Do these guys realize how critical getting labs done in a timely manner is? Undoubtedly. Do they care? Not at all. Don't waste your time with these people. Extremely unprofessional.

Not on time, can't do all tests
The tech was not on time -- no one even contacted me until after * I * called them and asked why she'd never shown up! She was hours away - as if I had nothing else to do but sit and wait? AND, once she did show up, she could not perform all the tests on the lab orders I had scanned and sent when I scheduled the appointment!
The website that launches from the partner-ad on LabCorp says appointments are "from $35" but it never told me mine would be $59 until AFTER I had finished booking it. She was not on time (not even close!), I had to call to find out what was going on, and, worst, she couldn't do everything I needed! I feel completely ripped off!

Prices went up with no notice.
Unfortunately, this seems to be the way of all medical services today. This is a great convenience for people who can't easily go to the lab. I booked five appointments, choosing the times that were $25. When I called, none of my appointments were on their books and now all appointments are $49 and $59. This is unethical. Also their 'online tools' are fairly worthless. Too bad that sick people are always taken advantage of.
