I am a physician and would never recommend this company to anyone. GetLabs hires unprofessional people. The phlebotomist that was scheduled to do my blood draw came to my home and refused to speak to me. I had to ask her to leave and canceled my service due to her such appalling and unprofessional behavior. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company with no success or response. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. Please use another company as I have for in home lab service.

I will not use them again. I have been trying to contact them to get an itemized receipt for my FSA and no one has contacted me. There is no number is talk to a person. Horrible customer service. Beware

These guys are just horrible. First, the person never showed up despite texting me that he was enroute. They had told me to drink water and not empty my bladder. So I kept waiting but no one came. Then I got an automated msg two hours later that the appointment has been canceled without any explanation. I reached out to customer service but no one responded. After few days, their extremely slow customer service sent me a text that their employee came and left. This is a complete lie. They deserve to be out of business rather than getting a single star from me.

If I could give ZERO I would. The phlebotomist basically incorrectly submitted multiple of our tests so we had to redo them multiple times. And on top of it, customer service is HORRID, slow and ridiculously rigid. They basically took my kid's blood for no reason bc they didn't properly submit the blood specimen and paperwork to Lab Corp. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Getlabs told me to drink a lot of water starting 8 hours ahead of my appointment, and not to empy my bladder so that they'd be able to get a urine specimen. Not only did the "specialist" fail to show up, but they didn't notify me till 45 minutes after the two-hour window had ended that due to "unforeseen circumstances", a phlebotomist would not be available. So unreliable! I had really been counting on them. Disgraceful.

LabCorp should not advertise Getlabs.com so prominently on their website. Getlabs have a user friendly website and they sent great labtechs fast for both visits but the company have terrible followup and afterservice. What good is a great front end experience if your blood is lost on the way to the lab? I have had no offer of a new draw or a refund and no in person contact to follow up with except someone on text without a name. The results from the second visit came back OK within the week but I am still waiting for the first one. On the first visit they drew about 20 vials of blood for 2 different doctors but the blood never made it to Quest or to my doctors office and it has now been over 2 weeks. No trace of registration on the portal and Quest customer service have no record either. The Getlabs review team never got back to me. I cannot get a reference number for one test that was translated from Labcorp to Quest. The reason I picked this service was for the convenience and speed. Now I will have to redo all tests and reschedule my doctors appointments too. This is not a car service and a minor inconvenience. This is healthcare.

Yes this company will send a tech to your home or office but that is where the convenience ends. The first tech didn't want to get out of bed for Black Friday. The second tech was professional and nice. BUT I had to keep contacting this company for follow ups on my services. Chase them down to send results to my doctor and ended up having to go to a lab location to FINISH the lab work requested by my doctor's office. Such fun! Going to repeated appointments because GetLabs or what I call them GetBent couldn't or wouldn't get their crap together.
