Very easy to schedule. And reminders and notices timely sent. And my specialist was great.

I’m a medical provider and tried to use this service for a Homebound patient. They repeatedly got the order wrong, and I could never speak with a human on the phone. After over a week of going back-and-forth and showing them the orders that they missed, a new person, wrote me back and the conversation started over again. Even in 17 years of medicine I’ve never seen this level of disorganization and poor communication. Stay far away. Avoid the easy seeming ordering process. It is a trap.

The tech was very kind and quick, I loved the ease of booking online and the availability was great. This was my first time using this service or a service like this, my only complaint would be the pricing was not honest - on the site it claims for as little as $35 but all slots were at least $99. Still worth it to me, but more of a luxury- I wish this was more affordable for new parents and elderly due to the level of convenience!

Tried using this service out of convince but the rep whole dress my blood didn't take enough so Getlabs called me to reschedule and wanted to charge me for the second appointment even though it's was their mistake. Convenience turned into inconvenience. Never again. I don't usually write review but this one pissed me off.

Ease of scheduling and uploading documents. Zaria was right on time. She was very organized, polite, and friendly. Most of all, she took my samples with no discomfort. She barely left a mark where she drew. Quick and painless in my own home! Outstanding.
