Update to previous review. After poorly stored specimen couldn’t be properly processed by lab, they did finally reach out and rescheduled me. Had to reschedule as they were running behind and I was in a tight window. But it was easy to get it done. Opting for later draw time to maybe diminish chance of clotting.

I loved that they sent me a text with estimated arrival time. It was great because it helped me plan my day. The technician arrived right at the estimated time and was very pleasant. The lab draw took only about 10 mins from start to finish.

The technician was wonderful. First time that I didn't even feel the pinch and I'm 52 years old. She was kind and professional. I wish I remembered her name. 🙂
