It's convenient to have someone come to me. The person that drew my blood was very polite and courteous.

It is very difficult for me to get in car snd travel to a lab. Once I discovered GetLabs the problem was solved ! They are always on time and cheerful and efficient. I have never once even felt a stick nor have had to have it done more than once.

My phlebotomist showed up over three hours late and proceeded to vent to me about her entire day before even asking me my name. I could have let that go, but she appeared to be new and did not place me in the proper position for my blood draw. The blood draw for three vials of blood took over an hour and was very painful. She placed me in different positions and kept poking and digging the needle into my arms and I'm all bruised up now. She kept saying my body was being difficult...what??? I don't recommend Getlabs. Their techs are not experienced enough and you will be waiting around for hours before they arrive. I've NEVER had an issue getting blood drawn until today and now I'm scarred for life. Go to a professional lab instead. Save yourself the stress. This is a true and accurate review. Shawny your lab tech saw me and was late. I have confirmed text photos from GetLabs asking why she was so late. I'm happy to upload all of the photos. I would not make this up.

The scheduling process was a breeze, and the communication was spot on. I received a text and an email when the phlebotomist was on the way with an ETA for arrival. Latoya was amazing, one of the best blood draw experiences I've had. She was professional and friendly and is very good at what she does. I often have tricky veins and blood draws can be problematic, but this was so easy and painless. I haven't even developed any of the bruising I usually get. Overall, a great experience and so convenient having them come right to me.

Ordered Getlabs to my work place twice now. Both times have been so extremely convenient, quick, friendly service. I work and own a small private school for students with autism. Having the day or half a day off to get blood work is very challenging but this makes my life so much easier. Thank you! Nurse Faith is very good at her job also!

I have a big fear of blood work and needles so this service is a lifesaver. It's really helpful to get my labs done from the comfort of my home. My phlebotomist, Cindy, is the best and always makes me feel so calm. I plan to use this service every time I need follow up lab work.

Using getlabs was great. It sort of reminded me of when doctors used to make house calls. The process was quick and to the point but the tech I had (Michelle) was awesome. Her bedside manner was great because me and needles don't always see eye to eye. We had a small conversation and it was over before I knew it . So the convenience of home service and no crowded lab is priceless. If you have the need for their service I would give them a try
