This was a great experience. The tech was very nice. She is a skilled Phlebotomist. I was nervous when we agreed to draw from my wrist; I've had some really painful experiences with this. No pain at all this time, and she drew seven vials! It was a great morning! Highly recommend GetLabs home visit. It doesn’t get much easier than this!

The fact that I bothered to write a review speaks for itself. Absolutely terrible experience which I am still going through. First I booked my appointment, got charged, received a confirmation. All seemed good. One hour later I received an email and and text that the lab test order is invalid because it is missing information. When I tried to understand and speak to someone why - no chance to talk to anyone. After hours of waiting, someone sent an email where they just repeated the same thing without responding to whatever I wrote, and saying I need to reschedule if I do not send a new one. I requested talking to someone in all possible ways via the website form - as that it is the only way - despite the estimate wait time of one hour, no one contacted me even after 4 hours. It is particularly stressful because it is Friday and I can only do this test on Monday at latest due to my doctor's direction. I cannot reschedule. But no one cares, they just write the template and never responds again. Very very disappointed. I hope I will at least get refunded.

It was very easy to order the kit that was needed and to set up an appointment time. The specialist, Brittany, was very friendly, cordial, polite, and knowledgeable. It was easy to get comfortable while she was providing the Medical service. I highly recommend Getlabs for your lab work.

Tinia- was nice and personable bright and early at 6am. I hate needles but she was in and out less than 10 mins. Love this service for people who want to get blood/labs drawn in the home vs anxiety/panic in office.
