A very convenient service with excellent techs. My only issue is the high price. I'm disabled and on a fixed income which makes the cost a bit prohibitive.

It was a very seamless, effortless, and easy process. Communication was very efficient and I was in the comfort of my own home. The process was so simple and didn’t really uproot me from my day to day life. It was such a great experience and such a breeze.

My doctor ordered 32 exams. Out of the 9 tubes she had to fill, one of the tubes the phlebotomist brought lost vacuum (that is what she said) and there not possible to fill it with blood. She said would be ok because we had other tubes filled. Now there are 3 tests that WERE NEVER ORDER to the lab!!! GetLabs is incompetente to draw blood and put orders in the lab. I wasted my time and MONEY with this subpar service. They don't have a phone to call. You have to fill a form to get a call back. When I received the call back, they DID NOT said I was right! They sided with the phlebotomist saying she was right! UNBELIEVABLE. This was the worst experience ever. DON'T USE THEM.

This service gets one start from me since the set up was easy and the lab technician was professional. However the customer service and obtaining the lab reports are terrible. It is not worth the money! Convenient yes but do not spend the money take the extra time to go to the lab!!

Separately, we are not a laboratory so we do not provide lab reports nor do we claim to provide them. We instead deliver your samples to the laboratory and they tell you your results. My Getlabs experience was amazing! An hour ahead of the appointment, I received a text message with an estimated arrival time, and the specialist arrived within 5 minutes of the estimated time. This was my first blood draw since I fainted during my last blood draw, and the Getlabs specialist took extra care since she knew I was nervous. The experience was quick and painless. Highly recommend!
