No show!
No show!! Don’t depend on them. Thats my advice.

Hi Lawrence, Getlabs is not run manually and instead runs on automated systems which inform patients when their appointment is confirmed, when we're on the way, if it's canceled, and so forth. Because of this we do not have a way to 'no show' appointments the way you're describing. If you feel that we actually no showed, please contact us at getlabs.com/contact so we can investigate this and ensure we do what we can to improve your experience.

Amazing Service!!
The person who took my labs arrived early which was amazing because they were fasting labs. Her name was Diana! She was extremely accommodating and let me stay on the couch while she took my labs. She was very sweet. Very kind. And extremely professional. She deserves a raise 😉. Highly recommend her and GetLabs. I am going to be scheduling as many labs with GetLabs as I can in the future. I truly appreciate this company and their amazing employees!

My specialist was wonderful

No one ever showed up
Rescheduled and then no one showed up at reschedule date. No call or message at all. Woke up an hour early to wait for them and no one came after two hours and now I’m late to work for nothing. Terrible experience.

Hi Melissa, thank you for your feedback. Our systems do not work this way. We send automated notifications with text messages and emails when we reschedule, when we're en route, and for each step thereafter. If you need help, please contact us at getlabs.com/contact so we can investigate this.

Relaxing timely blood draw
Communication was timely and informative. Tech - Christopher caring efficient and professional. Appointment lasted approximately 20 minutes. So easy!
