I would give 0 stars if I could. Appointment was made and confirmed. Nobody showed up. I also didn’t receive any communication that appointment was cancelled, etc. The last text update was the confirmation. Charged $99 for absolutely nothing, will dispute with bank. Contacted customer service with no response.

Very quick and professional

I wrote about the traumatizing experience I had with Getlabs San Diego and you can read the review below. Getlabs literally sent the same incompetent technician named ERICK to draw my blood and he AGAIN failed to draw blood. Why he is still on the job and untrained is beyond me. The Supervisor MIGUEL is unhelpful and useless. He does not give a damn about your health. My original story is as follows: Horror blood drawing experience. Period. If it were possible to give this company a MINUS ONE star, I would do it. Please believe the negative reviews. The person drawing the blood was late, then he totally failed to draw my blood. Failed. Literally failed. And when he pulled out the needle, I had blood spill everywhere-- my clothes, the floor, my bed. My hand is swollen and bruised. I was suppose to have this done between 10 a.m. and Noon. I was due to leave a flight out of the country the next day, now they say they are sending someone else between 3.30 and 6.30 p.m. Starving. And the supervisor on the phone told me "Oh, you can just eat if you need to", when my labs require me to fast!!!! I paid over a $1000 for this B.S. LIFEFORCE, find a new subcontractor or you will lose business. And Getlabs, instead of coming here questioning the authenticity of real reviews, you should be questioning the effectiveness of your hiring practices and your ethics. UPDATE 1: I cannot reply to your response directly, so adding my response here: STOP being so defensive and take honest feedback and fix it because the concept is a good one if executed well. My hand is bruised and swollen. Your replacement technician saw the blood all over my pants. Yet you are here saying it does not sound like the service you provide-- so who the hell did you send in your place today at 12.15 p.m. in San Diego? Ridiculous. I've got pictures and receipts.

Prompt service, friendly technician and extremely convenient. Also, usually you can schedule an appointment that fits into your schedule.

Ashley is a first class professional nurse technician. On time, courteous and overall pleasant experience.

Ease of doing it home, not having to go into the lab office. Not have to get dressed 🙂

My son couldn't go to get his labs and I was so afraid I would end up having to have him taken to the hospital so on a whim, I looked up labs at home and found you. Every single person we have been in contact with has been amazing. You all treated us with dignity and answered all of my questions in a caring manner, but the best part is that it was flawless, and I had my lab results within two days of the visit. I hope that this serves as proof to others that doing it from home is just as quick and so effortless than having it done in the lab.

Getlab technicians arrived on time, quickly and easily collected the samples and were off with little disruption to my day. I received confirmation texts after delivery of the samples to the lab. This is the easiest appointment ever and my kids didn't have to drive and wait around for a blood draw. Only area for improvement would be allowing for scheduling more than one appointment at a location at the same time. We had two different technicians come within the same window. Both were exceptional.
