My experience with GetLabs could not have been better. The process of setting up an appointment and payment, and sending my doctor’s orders online was simple and straightforward. After that, communication from GetLabs was responsive, timely and excellent. Also, my specialist, Yoenna, was phenomenal-careful, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and patient with me. GetLabs exceeded my expectations in all of the most positive ways. I will definitely use GetLabs in the future.

Ariel's attention was great, she is professional and above all she is very kind, she smiles, she is full of joy. Thank you, I feel pleased with the attention she gave me in my home.

Getlabs is a terrible service. I will never use again. I had a big order for blood from my PCP - Getlabs arrived (a week ago). She was nice but did not bring butterfly needles - therefore she only completed 1 of 11 tests and scheduled me for follow-up the next morning (fasting) to complete the job. She did not show and did not call. It is impossible to reach GLs by phone (another HUGE issue). All problems must go through their automated system. I tried but didn't hear back. I checked at Labcorp to see if the blood test she completed was in process or completed and it's not even there. After several email back and forths with GLs, and not resolving any of my issues, I requested a phone call which I just had. The woman had no information to offer me except that the blood tests had to be redone. In other words, the appointment of a week ago was pointless. She gave no explanations and offered either a new (free) appointment or a refund. I took the refund. I will NEVER use GLs again and I do NOT recommend the service. Wish I could give a Zero rating.

We’ve used Getlabs for our daughter’s monthly bloodwork many times. The technician is always professional, friendly, and on time. I highly recommend!

The phlebotomist (Dymetria) was great! She texted with her ETA, arrived on time, and took extra care with my autistic son who has difficult veins to find. She was very patient, friendly, and efficient! Being able to have my son's labs drawn in the comfort of our home was a great experience!

Puncutual. Called me when they arrived and waited for me to get the front door if my complex it's quite a ways from my apt. Phlebotomist was great. No pain no bruises. Very satisfied.

The technicians are friendly and quick and I recommend this service to anyone who doesn't want to wait in a germy lobby of a lab for two hours even with an appointment!
