This is the 2nd time I've used GetLabs and it's such a great service. Communication was seamless, timing was great. Both times went totally smooth, the Medical staff are excellent. Nia was wonderful, she was very quick and it was painless. My labs were posted in just a couple of days both on their site and my doctor's office portal. I definitely recommend Getlabs and I'll use them again as needed.

Easy to set up appointment online, kept updated on visit, friendly tech arrived on time and completed the task quickly and professionally.

Schedule appointment for December 3rd, the night before, by text, they cancelled and rescheduled it for December 4th from 8am to 10am. Next thing I know, after requesting the morning off at my job, 5 minutes after 10, after waiting for 2 hours for somebody to show up, they sent me a text rescheduling the appointment, AGAIN, for Friday. Not a single apology or explanation. I requested a refund, enough with the disrespect.
