Joel was efficient and courteous. He was very good with my mother.

The technician delivered wrong specimens to quest so all my labs got cancelled. I’ve been trying to reach getlab and it is impossible! This is the second time this happens to me!! I will not recommend this company nor would I use them again. I’m not sure if they just hire a bunch of incompetent technician or I just have bad luck that this keeps happening to me. They charge $90 for this service you would think they will send you people who would get it right.

They came to my home to do the blood draw (super convenient and professional) and then failed to label the tubes before sending them to the lab. So now I have to schedule and do the blood draw all over again.

The great experience was Tammy! She was so patient with my special needs daughter. She found her vein pretty fast and was accurate first time. My daughter's veins are usually hard to get. So I recommend getlabs since it's, easy, fast and Tammy was awesome!

Mu appointment window was 10am - 12noon. It's 2pm and no specialist has arrived and no one has emailed or texted to reschedule or cancel. I will be letting my health are providers know that they should NOT be recommending GetLabs to their patients.

Whole process is great. Notifications and continued follow up in prep for the appointment is well cadenced. Phlebotomist did a great job.

Great service, especially if you can not leave the house. If you have an elderly parent it would especially be nice. The lady who took my blood (Tasia) was sweet - professional-and good !
