Getlabs makes the entire process so easy. This is my second time using them, and I love the fact that they notify you when the technician is leaving and text you upon their arrival. The entire process takes less than five minutes and it’s much better than waiting in an office in line. For anyone who’s got a busy schedule I highly recommend this route. Their technician Olivia was super kind and did a great job.

Ariel was a fantastic phlebotomist. I usually don't like to get my blood drawn, as I hate having to wait in the lab room for hours for them to call my name. On top of that, I have a fear of needles and blood. Ariel coming to my home made it easier for me to relax. She helped me calm down, allowed me put spa music on and made it a smooth experience. She also did a great draw! I would absolutely recommend this service.

The technician was on time. Very professional and kind. She was able to draw my blood, which has always been extremely difficult because they can never find a vein. I had orders from three doctors. She separated each order with each vial so that each will be run separately. Previous companies I have used have not done so and it has caused issues in getting the correct results to the proper Dr. I appreciated her thoroughness and kindness. I will definitely be using this service again and requesting Arial!
