Yeah still trying to find my labs . Said I was emailed. Yeah receipt , and confirmation number it was dropped off . Wellllll labcorp doesn’t have them . And there was alot of blood . Some woman called said she emailed me , lies . And my bloodwork was dropped off . So why can’t myself or my Dr find it. Labcorp said it was NEVER TURNED IN . Oh and you can’t reach them ! I want my money and my damn blood back . Thanks

My appointment was canceled so I tried to reschedule since you guys had the fee charged on file, but I was charged again. I'm owed $200. There is no way to talk to a PERSON to try to get it sorted out. I am homebound and really need the service, but obviously you are not reliable. I honestly don't think you guys are worth 1 start. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE! Get labs...don't erase this review. People deserve to see the good and the bad.Im open to try a third time, but I'd like to talk to an actual human.

The medical personnel is ok and all. They were courteous and efficient. But after that there is no way to get your results from LabCorp, no way to followup. Tried to use their Contact US and didn't find one. Additional update 6/9/25. Tried contacting get labs via their bot as there is no other way to get in touch with them. No response. Less than satisfactory

The Getlabs technician was EXCELLENT: prompt, fast, friendly, professional, obviously experienced and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a stellar experience -- SO MUCH BETTER than going to a LabCorp location!! Well worth the money, no driving, saved time & avoided aggrevation.

It was fast, convenient, and the nurse drawing my blood was very courteous and friendly.

Having GetLabs staff come draw my blood at my home was the best gift I could've given myself! No driving to Milwaukie, no sitting with a bunch of people or worse, not having a chair (I have poor immunity), watching my appointment time come and go with still no blood drawn, and dealing with overworked staff (my last experience with LabCorp in Colorado). I chose a 2-hour window of 11-2. I also chose the option for the phlebotomist to come early if they were running ahead. I got things done around the house as I waited, but I didn't have to wait long! My phlebotomist arrived just 15 minutes into my 2-hour window. I lay down on my couch with my side table beside me. My phlebotomist was terrific, kind and personable. She followed strict hygiene protocols, and I felt completely safe and comfortable. What a pleasant experience! So worth the money! I plan to have GetLabs draw all my labs from now on.
