I’ve been using Getlabs since they first launched their service, and my experience has been consistently positive. Over time, I’ve interacted with several different phlebotomists, supervisors, and members of their leadership team. Like all of us, they each have their own personalities and approaches—but one thing remains constant: Getlabs is committed to making things right. They are always willing to accommodate your needs. The team is pleasant, respectful, and genuinely strives to be personable and caring. I’m very happy and grateful that a service like Getlabs exists—it has made my life much easier and far less stressful.

Getlabs is the way to go. Deidr was fantastic. On time, professional kind, compassionate & considerate. She knows what she’s doing too. The entire process was impressive. I will use this service again when I need more labs & recommend to others.

Doctor unable to locate my lab results

I stumbled upon Getlabs inadvertently, thinking I was booking for Labcorp. When I went back to the labcorp website to confirm where I was booking, decided to go with Getlabs, why not. I was not disappointed. Appointment window was 7-9 AM. The phlebotomist arrived at 7:28 AM, which was perfect given I had been fasting since 7PM. He was very kind, the procedure was quick and painless. I would use this service again and recommend it to anyone that is tired of making appointments at Labcorp and then waiting there for hours anyway. Much better to wait at home.

As always, the tech was efficient, kind, prompt, and skilled. Super convenient service, always a pleasure.
