I had other similar card/tokens To be used with Find My. The advantage of this card is that it is rechargeable using the wireless charger. Support service very quick & helpful too!

I got 3 of your cards to find my Apple. The rechargeable ones. Great idea. However they don’t work as expected. The one in my wallet, when I leave home with my wallet in my pocket - alerts me that it was left behind. The one I have with my passport (I do travel a lot) works 50% of the time. Most of the time it is not reachable. Pretty disappointing.

I received a KeySmart as a gift with no purchase information. It was missing a part so I contacted them with what little information I had and a photo of my gift. They were prompt in sending me exactly what I needed so I can use my gift. Great Customer Service!!!!!
