It’s hard for a person my age to fully grasp the instructions when I have so many questions. My key is still stuck in the lock & I can’t install it. A phone call vs email would’ve been nice.

My experience with gate has been great so far, the online purchase was simple and straightforward and the product has been excellent so far. We have used both the limited access as well as the permanent pass code, along with remote unlocking and all have worked as described. Being able to unlock the device without motion would be a great add but it serves its purpose very well at our home.

Love this smart lock! Best one on the market for sure. Super easy to install and highly functional. I bought one for my mom as a gift, since she's going to be AirBnb'ing her old house. Highly recommend!

My original Gate stopped working and was out of warranty, I purchased a Refurbished Gate. It showed up and didn’t connect to WiFi, without hesitation they sent me a new Gate and it works great as it should.

Everything was delivered in a timely and efficient manner, super easy to install, and brings my home security to a new level. Gate is so user-friendly and really gives you peace of mind. It was something I never knew I needed, but now that I have it I will never be going back to my original lock.
