Gate Labs provides the best and most amazing customer service compared top any industry and any company that I have ever dealt with in my life. I am 60 y.o professional with two companies. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they will ALWAY stand by their product and will ALWAYS make it right, even going to the extent of replacing the unit if can't fix it, EVEN when out of the warranty. This is a RARE type of AMAZING customer loyalty and service. I have had GATE Labs locks for 5 years and they continue to amaze me how great they are. I would highly recommend them to ANY one. You will NOT be DISAPPOINTED EVER with this company.

Excellent company with excellent product and excellent problems solving and customer services skills. I am very happy with their Gate Smart Lock. Very satisfied their customers service skills even though there reply to customer service is delayed and slow. No direct phone for customer service only slow communication via emails. Amazing concept! I love that I can view who's outside my door before physically looking through the peephole. The chime notification is perfect, not annoying, just a little reminder to check out your door. Really great app that gives clear, step-by-step instructions for installing, and all the tools you need are included, like screwdriver and power cord (except for a charging cube).
