It’s hard for a person my age to fully grasp the instructions when I have so many questions. My key is still stuck in the lock & I can’t install it. A phone call vs email would’ve been nice.

Still can't get it to work

A better manual and video to ade in setting up the Gate would nice. Better resolution camera and video out would be nice. Being a new product and all it is a good start but could be better.

I have an internet connection 4 feet away and i still have a lag time of 30+ seconds for notifications.

The play back could be better!

There have been a few problems with connectivity and using some features of the Gate lock. The last couple of software updates appear to have fixed the connectivity issues, though I still have a rather long lag time between unlocking the door with the app and the lock responding. The motion sensing of the device also works only intermittently. Because of lingering issues, I think a 3-star rating ("average") is appropriate.

When the power is 75% and below 75% it is showing Jammed.

Only lock in category with Wifi and camera. Setup was straight forward. Wish there was plans for more than 1 lock. I like the materials, construction and aesthetic of the lock although it is not clear to some people to turn the back to lock it so we have it set to auto lock. Concerned that when there was a service outage, the lock couldn’t be unlocked with the code still. Makes me nervous. Wish the battery lasted longer and used usb c connector. Would love to see a package that came with 2 batteries. Wish I could unlock, lock, and view camera always but understand power constraints. It’s a pretty good balance. The lock used to give jammed signals frequently. It really needs to be aligned perfectly.
