I appreciate a thorough response to my issues. In the end, the product has all the features I need and is easy enough to work with. The challenges I had were with the time to respond to a support issue - it was far too slow.

The technician didn't try to hard sell but left the decision up to me.

This is my second Gate that I ordered, the first had an issue with the internal components (which broke) so I emailed them about this issue and they are sending a new one. Now I am hoping that the component issues has been fixed and that this issue does not happen again but we shall see. Other than that I found the Gate to work very well over all.

Great lock! Still needs some fine tuning to get that 5 stars but its well on its way. I use this lock for my Pack N Ship business. Customers choose a four digit code they can remember to allow area access to their PO Box.

Camera gets static sometimes and voice is hard to hear. Must charge the battery a couple times a week. We turned down the sensitivity to medium and that helped a little. Overall, not bad product.

The lowest setting on the motion sensor is still too sensitive. It is set off by cars driving by on the street which is 30 to 40 feet away. I can shut the motion sensor off, but that defeats the purpose of buying a high end smart door lock.

Once I got the opening direction mapped and registered by their system, it works great! Their software needs a little more work with notifications so you are alerted when motion is registered by the unit. I would recommend this product as long as you are tech savvy. Their support team is wonderful!

Gate is an excellent choice for wanting to know who is at your front door. Great monitoring system with the app on your phone. There’s a audio visual key pad all in one that you can control who can enter or who is scheduled to enter. Swap out the battery handle to recharge. Etc. I love having a gate. It offers me the Data yo know who came in and left the house.
