GateReviews of getgate.com

Simple to install, quick to set up, convenient to use. I love that I don't need to carry any keys around anymore and the camera is really helpful in tracking who's entering/leaving and people who are coming by the house (like delivery personnel). The functions and buttons are very straightforward and not confusing, so even my parents who aren't as tech-savvy learned how to use it fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend this to people who want an efficient smart lock without breaking the bank.

Video quality is ok. No infrared night vision. Can not access the lock /unlock feature or the video feature unless there is motion is detected, this is annoying. Build quality is good, easy to install. Battery life could be better. Overall it does what is says.

Lock works fine, video feed takes long enough to start up that it often misses delivery persons walking past the door, deadbolt core (key override) is very low security.

For the amount of money this product is we shouldn't have the issues that we have. We have to hit the lock button multiple times to lock the door or we use the key. But we wanted to not have to use the key.

Your product di not gave live video on demand

After spending this much on this we should not have to then turn around and buy monthly just to be able to see videos. Would not have bought this if I knew that!!!!

GREAT PRODUCT

Missing a few things to be great. - Connection to homekit or alexa - slightly better video quality - Quicker response time. Otherwise, it dos everything it advertises, battery life is pretty good and has been reliable since the replacement of the original unit.
