The software needs a lot of improvement it crashes very frequently, also no live video they need you to pay subscription fee just to see who is at the door using your own wifi connection, Ring is a way much better option.

I love everything about our Gate except people can never hear me when I speak.

I live in Illinois. I love the all in one feature it has. Humidity and cold are not its thing. Customer service is great though. Definitely needs some upgrades to keep up here. Worth the money if only the wheater was nicer for it.

The battery life is not stellar. I have the motion sensitivity turned off and the battery still only last for about two days. Also sometimes I need to press the lock button twice in order for the door to lock. Therefore I now need to press the lock button and wait to make sure the gate is actually locked which is pretty annoying.

The battery life is terrible. You cannot lock and unlock the door whenever you want. The video services were originally advertised for free now cost money. Voice services are buggy at best. For the price of this there are way better options.
