Easy to set and change passcodes through phone. Great customer service.

There have been a few problems with connectivity and using some features of the Gate lock. The last couple of software updates appear to have fixed the connectivity issues, though I still have a rather long lag time between unlocking the door with the app and the lock responding. The motion sensing of the device also works only intermittently. Because of lingering issues, I think a 3-star rating ("average") is appropriate.

I really enjoy using my Gate. It works well and makes it convenient to just put in your code and walk in. No need to make extra noise fiddling around with keys. Plus the camera and app access are wonderful features. I love it!

Unreliable! Every few weeks has a new problem. It either stops working which causes everybody to be stuck outside until somebody with a physical key can come to open the door and reset the whole thing or a newly discovered issue which shows the battery to have 75% battery one minute, and next minute the whole thing sutra off because the battery is totally drained. The support is useless. All the do is try to tell you to reset the device which is ridiculas since anybody who gets this lock is getting it to use it remotely to allow people in or out or allow users to use their unique access code to get in to the house but when you have to be there physically to unlock the door with your key and reset the lock, you can never trust this lock to work properly when you are away!

Have owner multiple types of code dead bolts. My Gate Lock is amazing. Love the multiple codes for service workers. Keeps a charge for weeks, and great video. Sound from device could be begetter in future versions, but overall very satisfied.

I don’t like the fact that I cannot closing open the lock anytime I want If you add that up to the system and the lock is perfect

When the power is 75% and below 75% it is showing Jammed.

It has some issues with remote control of unlocking and using it from the house without being enabled by the doorbell. It also has a big lag time.
