Your lock has many great features However most of them do not work The battery for one only last a few hours then needs days to charge How do I send it back & get a refund ?

Doesn’t work good at all

Our Gate is wonderful! It lets everyone in and out of the house even if they forget keys. We can also give guests a temporary code.

Gate is a one unique product which integrates all camera, voice, smart lock in one. Since its launch when I prepurchased a Gate and few months later that I received the lock I have had great experience of using it. The ease of use to control and interact via app on the phone in real-time and also recorded videos it makes extremely useful to open the door remotely for services or package deliveries and check later who has been at the door. I highly recommend Gate to anyone who likes the convenience that technology can bring to their home!

Excellent product and their customer service! Clear camera and good motion sensor Update is a little bit inconvenient because sometimes you have to manually reset the system not good when you are out of town often. Also battery life needs more improvement. But overall gate is the best so far!

I have owned my gate for almost two months now and so far I am very impressed with the product. The battery life is impressive, cctv quality is great and the app functionality is spot on. The personal touch of having the founder of the company reach out to me and check in with my satisfaction with the product is an almost unheard of level of customer service these days. I am in a service / operations career and greatly appreciate and respect a high level of customer service. Great job to the team at Gate, 5 star satisfaction from me!
