I placed an order a few months ago, I then logged into the website to make sure that it was a once off purchase and not a subscription. On there website it stated that I had no subscription running, but a few days ago I was debited for another order, so I emailed them and they said it was to late to cancel the order, and I did has a subscription. So they told me to cancel the non existent account that I had. Do not trusts this company with your credit card details

Great customer service and the product seems to be working as it’s supposed to!

Can’t give no stars. The product may or may not work, the jury is out, but I have had to complain to Dreama as my packs were running out way before the advertised 30 days. Turns out, when I weighed the packs, they were 113g vs the 180g it says on the pack. Photos were provided as evidence. Customer service has been very disappointing. 3 weeks ago they told me it had been escalated to the production team. Still awaiting an explanation. I have cancelled my subscription and been refunded. Buyer beware, all is not as it seems with this lot. I’ve alerted trading standards.

BEWARE - I have not received the night time drink and their customer service department has given me the run around. The tracking link does not work. I feel like I have been scammed as I should have received this product on June 5th and I was told to "keep waiting" The tracking link provided is apparently through Australia Post. I went to my local post office and they confirmed it is not tracked via Auspost - so I was lied to buy the customer service agent. On top of that when I went into my dreama account I realised that I was signed up to a subscription. It took 10 clicks for me to confirm the cancellation. The cheek of them to sign you up without consent. Double check your dreama account for this. Not worth the hassle.

This product does what it says. Drifted off to a lovely sleep last night. Unfortunately the taste is not pleasant & it is way too sweet. I am confused as to why it has to be so sweet. Where is the sugar coming from?? Although this works I don’t think I can get over the unpleasant taste & sweetness to be able to order again. Such ashame 😥

I gave a star for the prompt reply to my email regarding the unsatisfactory taste. However, they only offered a percentage back and stated that if I returned the product for full refund that it would take a long time. I returned the product at my expense only to have it returned back to me??? I was not aware of the auto subscription and received more product after I had cancelled.

It tastes terrible and doesnt work. It has a hidden subscription and very difficult to unsubscribe. I sent them an email before they had shipped the 2nd consignment but they didnt respond. I then tried to unsubscribe by a link sent to my email. I got a warning not to open this page as it could be harmful to my computer. I tried on my phone and after about 6 attempts from them to get you to stay including getting a discount, I was finally successful. Dont waste your time!

Have had to contact customer service and was very impressed with their quick response and dealing with my issue. Thank you Jemima your help had been greatly appreciated.
