The worst customer service ever. Even of you don’t sign up for a subscription they give you one. Even when you cancel they keep charging your card and sending you the stuff. It doesn’t taste great. Three months now I have cancelled and they will not stop charging me. DO NOT BUY!!!

Tried this for two nights and had two of the worst night's sleep I've had in years. I'm sure it works for some people but it's made me feel so weird and ruined my sleep rhythm I'm sending it back

Beware! Very sneaky recurring subscription scam. I did not subscribe to this product but received a second satchel after 2 months. Looked up my account and discovered that the company had subscribed me without consent. I will now block my bank account from these thieves. The product itself worked no better than a hot cup of milk before bed and tasted foul, grainy and sickly sweet. Avoid!

I made a one-time purchase from Sydney, Australia. Months later, $129 was debited from my account without my knowledge or consent. I contacted Dreama the same day advising I never subscribed and requested an immediate cancellation and full refund. They sent the package anyway, telling me I had to wait until it arrived to cancel. When the parcel arrived I emailed immediately requesting a return label and full refund. The package remained unopened. Instead of honouring my request, they offered 70% refund, then 80%, before finally agreeing to a full refund only after I threatened to escalate. That refund was never processed. I then lodged a chargeback with my bank and reported this to the ACCC, which prompted them to immediately provide a full refund without requesting return of the parcel. Their return address -- Boigu Island Community Postal Agency, 66 Chambers Street, Boigu Island QLD 4875 -- is not a legitimate commercial returns facility. It is a remote island community postal agency. This appears designed to make returns as difficult and costly as possible so customers give up. Do not purchase from this company.

I placed an order a few months ago, I then logged into the website to make sure that it was a once off purchase and not a subscription. On there website it stated that I had no subscription running, but a few days ago I was debited for another order, so I emailed them and they said it was to late to cancel the order, and I did has a subscription. So they told me to cancel the non existent account that I had. Do not trusts this company with your credit card details

Can’t give no stars. The product may or may not work, the jury is out, but I have had to complain to Dreama as my packs were running out way before the advertised 30 days. Turns out, when I weighed the packs, they were 113g vs the 180g it says on the pack. Photos were provided as evidence. Customer service has been very disappointing. 3 weeks ago they told me it had been escalated to the production team. Still awaiting an explanation. I have cancelled my subscription and been refunded. Buyer beware, all is not as it seems with this lot. I’ve alerted trading standards.

BEWARE - I have not received the night time drink and their customer service department has given me the run around. The tracking link does not work. I feel like I have been scammed as I should have received this product on June 5th and I was told to "keep waiting" The tracking link provided is apparently through Australia Post. I went to my local post office and they confirmed it is not tracked via Auspost - so I was lied to buy the customer service agent. On top of that when I went into my dreama account I realised that I was signed up to a subscription. It took 10 clicks for me to confirm the cancellation. The cheek of them to sign you up without consent. Double check your dreama account for this. Not worth the hassle.

I gave a star for the prompt reply to my email regarding the unsatisfactory taste. However, they only offered a percentage back and stated that if I returned the product for full refund that it would take a long time. I returned the product at my expense only to have it returned back to me??? I was not aware of the auto subscription and received more product after I had cancelled.
