I had an issue with my neighbour (I wont start!) and so didn't get my delivery. Customer Service could not have been more helpful. They responded to my email immediately and helped me to arrange to get another package sent. There were no issues, no blame from there end, but friendly, supportive and helpful. Can't wait for my first taste of Dreama. If it tastes as great as the customer service team, it will be the best thing I have ever bought

I bought the product once, loving it. I like to add a little milk to it also for a bit of creaminess. I had to speak to customer service to change an order for me and THEY COULDNT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL. These days it can be rare to find good customer service with compassion, truly listening. I appreciate that. I love the product. And I'll be back 🙌

It's not often that a money back guarantee is actually honoured. Even though the product didn't work for me, (unfortunately) I must say the aftersales service I received was mind blowing. Just a quick mail advising of my situation and was immediately put onto Jemina the head of Customer Satisfaction. Without delay a refund was processed, no questions asked. I had also forgot to unsubscribe but luckily reached out before the item was shipped. And was able to get it cancelled and a full refund. I never write reviews but the experience with Dreama was awesome. Highly recommended. Good job guys.

I bought this for my husband but he didn’t like the taste so instead of wasting our money, I tried it and also did not like the taste so I contacted customer service and asked for a refund. They were very obliging which I appreciated very much.

I didn’t expect much when I started — I’ve tried so many sleep products before with mixed results. But this one genuinely surprised me. No heavy feeling in the morning, no weird side effects — just deeper, more restful sleep. After a few weeks, falling asleep feels easier and I wake up clearer than I have in years. Honestly didn’t think I’d notice this big of a difference. Now I don’t want to be without it.
