DreamaReviews of getdreama.com

Received a subscription repeat of Dream hot chocolate .. the magnesium hype etc.. it is undrinkable. I foolishly ordered the 3 pack initially. Tried to get them returned over the course of a few weeks back and forth. Customer service does not want to know about returns but I finally managed to get it done after a lot of emails. Couldn't even regift the packets I have unopened as no one I know would like it. Overly sweet very unusual taste it wasn't a good drinking experience. If you'd like to try it I have 2 packs unopened I can gift you.

I tried the supplement for three months with a trial order. It was okay but I decided it wasn’t worth it. I had only signed for a three month trial not a subscription. One day I noticed that they had taken money out of my PayPal account and had automatically subscribed me. I contacted them immediately and requested a cancellation and a refund. Their customer service person said it had already been shipped. I knew it had not because it was being tracked through Australia post. I had to go into PayPal and cancel the automatic subscription to them that I was not aware I had approved. Request a refund through PayPal and not to send. They sent it anyway so I sent it back. Now they are trying to send it to me again even though it is the same customer service provider dealing with me. Very disappointing customer service. I am giving two stars as the presentation and trial gift pack was nice but the cancellation and handling of an unapproved subscription was and still is very unprofessional. Sadly I think this will affect this business.
