I’m writing cons first They subscribed me without my knowledge then still charged me when I told them The frother doesn’t work it just creates spills Pros It does work and I love the product I only used like half a scoop otherwise it makes me sleep too long, so it was economical for me to Got like an hour more deep sleep a night Advice It tastes like crap so I put a salted chocolate hydration salts drink I have with it and that makes it great It takes a good week or so to start working I paid the one off price for 3, then got charged again. Now, I loved the product but I never got anything about a subscription - there’s nothing in my order or emails about it whatsoever. When I complained they say they cancelled my subscription but they really ought to have refunded me the difference

My product came very quick , but apparently I didn't get a scoop, so I inquired to their customer support to find out what was equivalent to their scoop so I could measure my cocoa . The measuement on the package says 6 grams which tells me nothing . After asking inquiring 4x if they could give me an idea of how much cocoa I needed , they finally mentioned I should have been given a scoop . Anyway they sent me out a scoop and a small gift for my inconvenience. Btw their scoop is equivalent to 1/2 a Tablespoon . Customer support was very quick to respond by email . I have been using the priduct for just over 2.5 weeks and have noticed a little difference , but not a whole lot. I am still having a hard time getting to sleep and staying asleep. I'm hoping it will kick in soon . I am going g through menopause , so that is most of my problem .

This product does what it says. Drifted off to a lovely sleep last night. Unfortunately the taste is not pleasant & it is way too sweet. I am confused as to why it has to be so sweet. Where is the sugar coming from?? Although this works I don’t think I can get over the unpleasant taste & sweetness to be able to order again. Such ashame 😥
