my phone screen cracked. i submitted a request and did not hear anything for ten days. so i emailed the companay and they got back with me the same day. they forwarded their original email and advised it may have gone into spam or been lost. which i do think is what happened. non the less they got my phone fixed quickly. the repair shop i went to i had some initial doubts as they were saying that they do not get paid by the insurance company directly that i have to pay first then get reimbursed and they giving me two prices (one basic screen repair with an apple error for $150 and one screen repair with no error $350). i thought this was a little shady so i contacted AKKO again just to double check. along with to double check that the phone repair company does AKKO responded quickly and handled everything. i took my phone back and got it repaired and its looking great now AKKO customer service is quick, very helpful and personable. they dont sound like robots typing from the other end. highly reccommend

Thanks AKKO for the great experience! My phone needed repair and AKKO was flexible with the repair location. Once the work was completed I received my reimbursement within an hour! They were awesome!

I filed my claim with Akko and had a response telling me where I could take my tablet to get fixed within a few hours. Once my iPad was fixed I sent a copy of my receipt and received the funds for the difference that I paid after my deductible within 25 minutes!!!!! Highly recommend Akko!:)

I looked into this company because my service provider could not give me insurance through my plan. I am so thankful that I did so. I was not even expecting as good of service as I got with AKKO. They replied to my emails very quickly, multiple times in the same day even. They were professional, thorough, and concise and payed for almost all of my phone repair. Which came out to be a lot more then I was expecting.

The claims process was super fast and easy. After my item was damaged I put in a claim and received an answer within a day. The whole process was smooth and the customer service was great.

Chat response time in under 60 seconds, a REAL human in the chat with detailed and helpful responses, and very nice user interface. Wow. just wow.
