Hi, as usual, had far too many questions and she chatted with me for what must’ve been a good half hour or so, remaining extremely patient the entire time. Patient, kind, informative, helpful. Once I opened a claim, it was quickly processed. I received an e-mail with orientations on how to replace my device, and my refund was issued to my PayPal account. Highly recommend Akko, made my bad experience with my device way less stressful.
