My dog has been ill and so I changed his water bowl and was expecting it to take a few days for him to drink from it BUT he went right up and started to drink. He walked away and immediately went back for more! Customer service was very helpful as since my dog was sick I was going to return it, but changed my mind. Glad I did.

What a fantastic product! It took little while to arrive but once it.did, I was able to see straight away what great quality this fountain was. My little girl absolutely loves using it. I can't believe how well she's adjusted to drinking from it as she's old. Customer service has been great when I contacted them with a query.

The pros- machine works great! The cons- spare filters are ridiculously expensive, and the emails never stop. Stop being so pushy, you’re going to lose customers if it keeps up.

Very quiet! No sound of water running unless the water level is low. Definitely will recommend to friends and family for their water fountain needs!

Bowl works well, good quality, easy to use and the best thing is our Golden, who was timid at first, loves it and so do our two cats.

I love the size of the bowl, with to Great Pyrenees, it comes in handy. Also, our younger pup used to love to nose dive into her old water bowl and get water all over the place. This bowl has eliminated that ability of hers. Only 4 stars because I would’ve liked an easier way to empty the lid, rather than have to tip it towards the filter. Perhaps some sort of closable slot towards the side in the deeper part of the lid? Other than that, the dogs and the cat took right to it. As for customer service…well, let’s just say when I reached out for some shipping help, I received no response. Something I would expect with a bowl that costs this much is a fantastic support system, perhaps less marketing and better customer service.
