Hi Robert, Thank you so much for taking the time to share this! 💛 We’re really glad to hear the fountain is making things easier for you — especially not having to constantly bend down to refill a regular bowl. That’s a big win! 🙌 The stainless steel design and dual filtration are exactly what we designed it for: fresh, clean water with less daily hassle. We truly appreciate the recommendation for large breed owners. That means a lot. If there’s anything at all that would have made your experience a full 5 stars, we’d genuinely love to hear your feedback — we’re always looking to improve. Thanks again for your support! — The Selene Team

Hi Margaret, Thank you so much for your kind words — we’re so happy to hear your dogs love it! 🐶💛 I’m really sorry about the confusion with the filters. That’s definitely helpful feedback, and we appreciate you pointing it out. For the correct placement: the flat white side (cotton layer) should face upward (where the water flows in), and the thicker carbon/resin side should face downward. This allows the water to properly pass through all the filtration layers. Since you have two small dogs and are changing them often, that’s actually great — it means you’re keeping their water extra fresh! Depending on use, filters typically last about 4–8 weeks, but multi-dog households may need to replace them a bit sooner. If you’d ever like, we can also send a quick visual guide via email to make it even easier next time. 😊 Thank you again for your support! — The Selene Team

Hi Wayne, Thank you for sharing this — and first, we truly appreciate your patience. We’re really glad to hear your dogs enjoy the fountain, but we completely understand how frustrating it is to be waiting on the replacement pump, especially when it was confirmed back on January 15. That’s longer than it should feel without an update. We’d like to personally check the shipping status of your replacement and make sure nothing has gone wrong in transit. Please reach out to us with your order details, and we’ll prioritize reviewing this right away. Your dogs shouldn’t have to wait any longer than necessary — and we’ll do everything we can to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. Thank you again for your patience. -The Selene Team
