I agree with the other 1 star reviews. SAME happened to me. Very very rude lady I spoke with and she could not answer any simple questions such as Where is my order? and When can I expect it? They will respond to this review with some bogus response. My $60 bucks is lost and I still have no product. Trust us, shop elsewhere.

it's a nice company.

We were very happy with our delivery it was shipped swiftly. Just one thing- don't bother with the cooled shipping supplies. It cost extra and does not work. All the chocolate we ordered arrived in a liquid state and the freezer pack leaked.

I have ordered from them now 3 times no issues. All has shipped land arrived in great condition and on time. Product look good and taste good. Will order again

The shipping was very prompt. However, they initially sent me the wrong items. I had ordered two bottles of Alpecin Hybrid Shampoo, and they sent me the Alpecin Hybrid Liquid tonic instead. They quickly rectified this though and sent me the correct items at no charge. Both shipments arrived very fast. These were coming from Germany, and they arrived within a week or so each time. Also, their prices are the best I have been able to find online for the stuff I was looking for. Will definitely order from them again.

Horrible ..save your money and shop somewhere else..they will take your money,and block you when they make a mistake and you ask for a refund..WORST (wurst) company I ever dealt with

I ordered something on December 1st for holiday parties. It never arrived. Since the company was on winter holiday from December 20th to January 5th, I was unable to follow up on my order until today. I spoke with Sonja (sp?) and was told that due to a glitch in the system my order had not yet been processed! Sonja told me that my options were to cancel the order or have it processed at full price. When I asked if it was possible to get a discount on the shipping (since I placed the order over a month ago), I was told that as a policy they do not provide discounts. My advice is to shop elsewhere. Looking at other reviews here, this is not the first time the company has had issues. Further, it's disappointing that they are not able to offer discounts or refund shipping costs when they make a mistake. UPDATE: After seeing the response from the company, I wanted to note that the details they provided are inaccurate. When I placed my order, the company was NOT shipping out orders in 2-3 business days. The company was experiencing additional delays of at least 5-7 business days and noted this on their website. Further, when I placed my order, there was no notification that they would be on winter holiday starting December 20th. Looking through the company’s responses to other negative reviews here, it is not surprising that they would fail to take responsibility (they told me the issue was a system glitch over the phone) and instead put the blame on another entity and the customer.

I Recieved my order and was missing 1 item.I have called the number on the website and left messages but have yet to receive a call back so yes I am a bit disappointed that I spent all this money and and I can't get anyone to call so I can get my Item shipped or refunded. The items I did receive were perfect. I was contacted by Germanshop24 and did receive a refund. Thank 3for such a fast response.
