I am so happy with my first order from GermanShop24! Being in the US, it's really difficult to find my favorite German products, and when I go to a German specialty store the prices are often unreasonable. In the past my family has sent packages once a year with treats, but we never get exactly what we want (usually more chocolates than hearty foods). Now we have an option to pick exactly what we want for a reasonable price! The package shipped quickly, even with the basic shipping option, and arrived in perfect condition. Everything was double, sometimes triple packed. The glass jars were intact, boxes and sauce packets came without a crease, and we even got two bottles of Fanta that arrived with no problems. The fact that everything shipped so quick also allowed us to enjoy their new selection of German bread, which made us so happy. We will definitely be repeat customers and recommend this service to anyone who is missing their German foods.

Spent over $60 for Kinder chocolates and they all arrived completely melted and all over the packaging. They said it's my fault for ordering during summer and try to tell me that even if they shipped in an insulated package with ice it would still melt which I know for a fact is not true. I have shipped the same exact Kinder chocolates to Bicol Philippines and they arrived just as when I shipped and I only wrapped them in an insulated bag, they never melted in that packaging I put them in and the recipient was delighted. I also received a package from eBay from Germany of the same chocolates and they were not melted but the ones I ordered from GermanShop24 were terribly melted everywhere. They refuse to do anything for me and I will be filing complaints everywhere I can and dispute the charge. Thanks for nothing GermanShop24! Very rude and arrogant please stay away from them!

Be aware of expired items and then blaming it on you! We have experienced terrible service from their customer service (if you can even call it a customer service). Not to mention the quality they have provided was unacceptable by sending an expired product; they tried to blame us on the product we received by our choice of shipping which was 9-12 days. The fact that actual shipment only took two days not even 12 so they knew they were sending an expired items. They also tried to say that shipping from their warehouse in Germany is considered as part of shipping. However on their order history clearly states when the item is "shipped" and it's from their California office. The rudeness and lack of professional customer service was so bad to the point that they even had guts to say "YOU GOT WHAT YOU PAID FOR!" Going to file a claim and dispute the purchase. Whoever is in charge of replying (hopefully it's not the owner) to Facebook messages has ZERO shame and if that's how they treat every customer then help me God! I wish I could say a good things about this place but unfortunately we were the "lucky" ones to learn the bad side. Good luck in your business!

Got my order yesterday and I was very satisfied. The products arrived in great shape, even the chocolates were not melted when temperatures here in Texas are already high. Shipping costs were very reasonable when you consider it comes all the way from Germany. I paid about $30 for my 20lb order and it arrived with FedEx Express within just 5 days! Amazing! Thank you!

I placed an order on GermanShop24.com on Dec 9th in order to receive my products before Christmas. The items were JUST shipped on 12/22 and FedEx says they will not arrive until Dec 29th. I followed up several times to ensure that I would receive by Christmas. The disclaimer on the website said I DID order in time to receive by Christmas which was obviously NOT TRUE. I paid $33 for shipping!! I placed an order with GermanDeli.com the same day and received the products over a week ago.
