Ian is absolutely wonderful to work with. I'm head of Bellweather Construction's production team, and we've ceased to go anywhere else for our client's appliances. He is quick to respond, great at communicating, and knows the products. I recommend Gerhard's and Ian by name to anyone asking. Hands down, he is reason enough to forego the box stores and big national suppliers.

I'm actually not a huge fan of Gerhard's but Ian Chapin in customer service was terrific. He get's the five stars. He was patient and helped me pick out an appropriate dryer over the phone.
